All Primary schools are invited to enter their squad of 35 players which will be the bulk of their side of the following year, consisting of an A and a B side. (B side is optional, and schools can decide to bring only 25+ players for 1 side). With this age group also schools will be divided onto separate pools of 8 evenly strength to assist schools with their quality preparation for the next year.  Each team will play 4 matches while being in Stellies. Just like the high school teams schools will be asked on their view of their strength and dealt in accordingly.

The Future Lads will be played on the following days:

• Thursday the 5^th of December
• Friday the 6^th of December
• Saturday the 7^th of December

Competition rules for the primary schools are the following:

1. 35 x players per squad for A and B or 25 per squad for A or B only
2. 20 x minutes a side
3. Roling subs

Entry fees will be determined 1 May

The first 24 teams to enter will be lucky enough to take part in the inaugural Summer Rugby Festival to determine the following winners

• Summer Newbies
• Summer Boys
